FROM UNCERTAINTY TO
MARKET EXPANSION.

When Ben entered the group in 2017, he was facing a difficult reality. His business, once strong, was in decline, and he was seriously considering stepping away altogether. The pressure of sustaining performance while questioning the future of the company had reached a tipping point.

Through the perspective, challenge, and encouragement of his peers, Ben made a pivotal decision to recommit, not retreat. He doubled down on his core competencies, introduced a strategic new product line, and began leading with renewed clarity and conviction.

The result was not incremental improvement, but transformation. Ben reversed the trajectory of his business, scaling from $15M in declining revenue to a thriving, multi-state company approaching $100M.

LEADING THROUGH UNCERTAINTY WITH DISCIPLINE AND VISION.

Robert joined the group in February 2020—on the brink of one of the most disruptive global events in recent history. Faced with unprecedented uncertainty, many leaders paused. Robert chose a different path.

By actively engaging with his peer group, he leveraged shared insights, practical strategies, and consistent accountability to navigate the challenges of the pandemic. He focused on strengthening financial visibility, implementing scalable systems, and investing in the development of his team.

Over the next five years, Robert didn’t just stabilize his business—he accelerated it. What began as a $700K operation evolved into a $4M company, grounded in stronger infrastructure, more confident leadership, and a clear path for continued growth.

SCALING A BUSINESS WITHOUT SACRIFICING WHAT MATTERS MOST.

Cheryl was building a successful B2B practice, but behind the growth was a growing strain. As her team expanded, she found herself holding onto too much—owning responsibilities that should have been delegated, and carrying the weight of the business late into the night.

Within the group, Cheryl was challenged to rethink how she led. With guidance and accountability from her peers, she began to shift from doing the work to truly leading it—developing her team, delegating with clarity, and creating systems that empowered others to perform.

The transformation extended beyond the business. In three years, Cheryl tripled her revenue while reclaiming her time and presence outside of work. Today, she leads a stronger, more capable organization—and is able to fully show up for the moments that matter most with her family.
